Welcome to another beautiful week and another edition of V DAO Weekly. We have some big announcements this week so let’s dive in.

V DAO Avatars!

The quest to create unique ecosystem-builder avatars continues. Remember, our chosen animals are the beaver, the bee, the sea star, and the owl.

Submission window closes on 7/12/2024.

Submit as many designs as you like.

To qualify, make sure you're a member of our Discord server (link below).

Submission Guidelines:

• Focus on the animals, and use a white background.

• Files must be in JPEG or PNG format and 5 MB or smaller.

• Submission window: 5/31/2024 to 7/12/2024

• Submit as many designs as you like.

Looking Back

Last week we held our monthly community call.

Building momentum around in-person events was a key topic, with the first in a series of V Community Meetups happening in San Francisco and New York later this month.

V Community Meetups 🏙️

V DAO is supporting contributors to coordinate local meetups in their area.

These social events are an opportunity to connect with DAO contributors and V community members for food, light drinks, and great conversations.

We can't wait to see this IRL aspect of the DAO evolve and grow.

First up is the Bay Area meetup taking place on Friday, June 21st, 5.30-7.30 pm.

Closely followed by an East Coast event on June 24th, 5 pm - 8 pm in Jersey City.

What’s on this week?

Twitter spaces are V DAOs most popular event. Each month we connect with some of the most exciting voices in the Web3/Regenerative Living space.

This month is no different - we'll be joined by key leaders from the Regenerative Network States movement including Marc Ziade, Brooke Bowman, and Yalor Mewn.

Together we’ll explore how building in this space can empower communities and individuals to become more anti-fragile and self-sovereign.

EthCC V DAO Side Event

V DAO is partnering with BuildCities to hold a full day of workshops, speaker panels, and a hackathon, during EthCC in Brussels on July 8th.

Join us to experiment at the intersection of the digital and physical. Together we'll explore how we can build decentralized antifragile systems to support regenerative network states.

Tickets are free for V DAO contributors and discounts are available for community members via Discord.
